Dedicated Team Model
- A dedicated team/ individual resources required to suffice your project requirements will be assigned to you.

- We will team up skillful resources to set your project rightly. We will have you backed with the liberty to scale your dedicated team, wherever required.
- Invoice will be raised monthly/quarterly or with the attainment of milestones; as decided.
- With our project management tools, we will keep you posted about the progress of your project.
- Monthly review meetings will be conducted & you will have an open end to communicate with our team via team collaboration & communication tools.
Fixed Pricing Model
- Under the fixed-bid contract, the well-defined scope of work is outlined & fixed pricing of that task will be shared.
- The development or designing of the product/software will be solely based on blueprint/wireframe.
- No changes in the policy or SOW will be entertained before delivery, as discussed.
- With upfront payment of 50% of the net deliverable, we sign-off the project.
- Periodically review meetings will be conducted & progress reports shall be provided.
- We maintain transparency in our work process. You can connect with our team in working hours, over Skype, call with prior scheduling to discuss details.
Time & Material Model
- When your project requirements are dynamic, the T & M model can perfectly fit in.
- The best thing is you will be charged for hourly dedication of time & resources.

- Under the T & M engagement cycle, you will be billed monthly for the hourly-rates that we mutually agreed upon.
